Resilient people are typically better employees.

Highly resilient people are much more likely to report very good or excellent physical health, have fewer symptoms of anxiety and depression, and say that they can deal effectively with stress. These are highly desirable characteristics of employees that lead to less absenteeism and more productivity while at work.

In addition, 3,501 adults were asked about their self-confidence and competence. Highly resilient people said what is shown in the chart below, in comparison to those less resilient:
