What is Resilience and does it matter?
Resilience is the capacity each of us can develop that prepares us for life’s inevitable ups and downs and promotes positive adaptation to any situation no matter how serious and stressful it might be.
Each time we encounter adversity, we can learn, grow, and emerge stronger than before. This leads to even greater resilience.
Everyone has the capacity for resilience and it can be learned, strengthened, and put to work in your life wherever you are.
But, does it really matter whether you are resilient or not?
